SportsModel AI Data Use License
This page describes the permitted use and provenance of the SportsModel AI Derived Cross-Sport Research Index and related model-generated research displayed through sportsmodel.ai.
1. Scope
SportsModel AI organizes public sports facts, licensed or provider-supplied information, derived features, model probabilities, research summaries, and original presentation into a cross-sport research service. This license applies to the SportsModel-created selection, arrangement, derived analytics, model outputs, and presentation. It does not transfer ownership of underlying third-party facts, names, marks, photographs, feeds, or provider data.
2. Permitted use
Subject to the Terms of Use, visitors may view the publicly accessible research for personal or internal business evaluation. Authorized subscribers may use features included with their plan for the same purposes. No ownership interest is transferred.
3. Restricted use
Unless SportsModel AI provides written permission, you may not bulk extract, scrape, republish, resell, sublicense, syndicate, reverse engineer, train a competing model from, or expose the index or model outputs as a standalone feed, API, database, or commercial data product.
4. Sources and provenance
The research index may derive from multiple factual and contextual sources, including official league data services, public scoreboards, sportsbook or odds-data providers, and open datasets. NFL historical material may include nflverse data used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. Each third-party source remains governed by its own terms, license, attribution requirements, and rights.
5. Accuracy and availability
Data and model outputs may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or unavailable. Probabilities are estimates, not guarantees or instructions to wager. Users should independently verify information before relying on it.
