Effective July 23, 2026 · Version 2026-07-23-trial-protection

DMP LOGISTICS LLC, operator of SportsModel AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), describes here how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through sportsmodel.ai and related services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information, including email address and authentication credentials processed through Supabase.
  • Email address, consent record, and campaign attribution when you request Watchlist updates or other marketing communications.
  • Subscription and transaction details. Stripe processes payment-card information; Company does not directly store full card numbers.
  • Communications, support requests, feedback, preferences, and other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, referring URLs, and server or security logs.
  • Authentication tokens, session information, subscription status, plan, billing interval, and usage information.
  • Queries, viewed sports information, feature interactions, errors, rate-limit records, and security events.
  • Aggregate Watchlist activity, such as page views, matchup opens, shares, and signups. This first-party growth measurement does not assign a persistent visitor identifier or store an IP address in the growth-events table.
  • Cookies, local storage, or similar technologies needed for authentication, checkout, preferences, security, and operation.

Information from providers

We may receive authentication and account identifiers from Supabase or an authorized hosting environment, payment and subscription identifiers and a card fingerprint from Stripe, and hosting, network, or security logs from Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers. We store one-way keyed hashes of email addresses and card fingerprints to enforce introductory-trial eligibility; we do not store full payment-card numbers.

2. How we use information

  • Provide accounts, subscriptions, sports research, model features, support, and requested transactions.
  • Authenticate users, enforce access controls, prevent fraud and abuse, secure systems, and debug errors.
  • Communicate about accounts, payments, service changes, and support.
  • Send requested Watchlist or product updates and measure which first-party campaigns lead to visits, shares, and signups.
  • Analyze and improve performance, reliability, usability, and model operations using appropriately controlled information.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights, and establish or defend legal claims.

3. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to providers that process it for us, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Cloudflare for hosting and security, email or notification providers, professional advisers, and other infrastructure vendors. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or Company, in a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use cross-context behavioral advertising on the Service as of the effective date.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Service uses technologies necessary for authentication, session continuity, checkout, preferences, fraud prevention, and security. We also count a limited set of first-party Watchlist events without placing an analytics cookie or creating a persistent visitor profile. If we add third-party analytics, advertising technologies, or cross-site tracking, we will update this Policy and provide legally required consent or opt-out controls before activation.

5. Retention

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including while an account is active and afterward for billing, security, disputes, backups, and legal obligations. Typical periods are: account records for the account life plus up to 24 months; transaction and tax records for seven years; security logs for up to 12 months; support records for up to three years; and backups on rolling deletion cycles. We may retain records longer when required by law or needed for a legal claim.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

7. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account information, cancel subscriptions, unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in each message, or request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by contacting us. Depending on your residence, additional rights or an appeal process may apply. We may verify identity before responding. Nonwaivable rights remain available.

8. Children

The Service is intended only for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child provided information.

9. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Their privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

10. Third-party links

Third-party sites and services have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not govern them.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required.
